Is this thing supposed to work with ww?

Maybe the dust devil kill stuff before it procs?

Currently using kick and leap wth battle fervor and perpetual stomping aspect
War cry and wrath of the beserker
(Removed the relentless aspect coz id did nothing to me but… i want to understand?
