Rob said it was bugged

per his notes:

"Only the additive damage works, but not the multiplier 2nd effect. Consider changing to Disembowel. Twister Glyph 13% x Damage is bugged - Doesnt Work" He says to consider using Disembowel instead.

/e I saw in the patch notes they fixed the damage of Dust Devil aspect but didn't see anything on Twister although people were saying it was going to be corrected today, on the 10th?
