Are masterwork crits enough to push affixes with 1-2 skill from temper up by 1 whole point for each crit? I have a 12/12 piece with +2 off a 1-2 roll on temper, has 1 crit right now so i have +4 (3-4) total. If I rerolled masterwork to try for 2 crits on this skill, would it be +5?
