I wanted the cooldown, which I got, but wanted a higher roll, then got cut to the bone. What do I do? seems like a rare roll to just give up. Do I take cooldown or CTB?

I'd keep CDR, don't really need Cut to the Bone on this build.

I use bloodfeeder atm because twister glpyh is bugged so yeah you might be right. cut to bone will be less useful on the 10th of this month when they fix Twister glyph

Should I run CTB until the 10th? I feel like I could get CDR back if I needed

Seeing that it's hard to get +2 of any skill. Try out the cut to the bone with some pits and see how you like it

guessing you will be able to get a better CD roll over another CTB +2

Yeah that's what I'm thinking as well. I saw +2 CTB and was like..... mannnnnnnnnnnnnn
