Up in face, Frozen Orb build.

Wand +10% Lucky Hit Chance - More Conjuration chance
Dagger + 20% damage to close enemies. - +20% damage 100% at the time?

Dagger would be the obvious choice, right? Or am I missing something.

Having more conjurations and more chance to launch a frozen orb at enemies (fractured winterglass item's passive) would probably add more. More conjuration (conjuration passive) gives more dmg, mana regen, and ms. Plus, more chances of frozen orbs launching again would do more dmg overall and more utility.

Mekuna is probably the most respected sorc in D4 atm, and he uses a wand for his frozen orb build. My initial thought was that the dagger would be better, but seeing how the lucky hit interacts with your passives and uniques, I see why he does it.

more lucky hit is better than a little conditional additive damage

if you have high attackspeed, luck doesn't really matter anymore since you'll be capping conjuration amounts in seconds. wand is the easier route since there're no base requirements. dagger, well you gotta be close to make use of the close damage
