hey so i hear/read that 100% is the cap size for dust devils but:

does that include the +20% the perfect aspect gives? if not is that a multiplicative bonus (so if i get only 80% total dd size it becomes (80 + .20(80)) = ~96 )
basically do i need to get as close to 100 on 2 rolls as i can, ig kring the aspect bonus?

and do higher dmg dust devils trigger alot more bleed with the berserk ripping aspect? i should melt bosses faster(see more bleed bar being generated) the more dust devil size i get closer to the 100% cap from the aspect bonus?

So it's just a flat %, so you will get the full 20%, but the wacky thing is that you don't get it until you enter a dungeon or I assume enter combat in open world or leave town.
I am assuming the dust devil does the bleed damage while in contact so that 20% bigger increases the time it is able to hit, or on occasion would have missed if it was only 80%.
100% is the cap and top image is the tooltip.

Afaik the tooltip only shows the size increase correctly when you have a shout active since that’s part of the aspect.

That's what I thought at first too, but entering a pit gives me that boost before I even use a shout.
