Do our gear will keep their temper affixes when our characters get transfered over Eternal realm?

Like for exemple, we know that they are removing Flame shield duration temper. Do we get to keep those temper affixes when season end into eternal realm?

My eternal items are already a mess, they dont give a f about eternal. Would had hopes items were transfered and stayed as they were.

never gonna happen, they want us playing seasonal so we buy battlepasses and what not. d2 ladder vs nonladder > d4 crap

I never heard they were removing the temper, I thought they were just making it so the cooldown dosen't start until the effect ends. They should do this with abilities that make you unstoppable also imo.

So, does anyone has an actual answer?

Tempers aren't removed, but there is a tempering change coming in Season 5 that will reflect on Eternal as well. They're making it so items with GAs will have an additional temper roll added to the original 5. Each GA stat will grant an additional temper. So, if you bricked your 3 GA sword, on Eternal, that sword will now have 3/8 and not 0/5. If you have an item with 2 tempers, it will now have 2/7 and not 0/7, etc. The change will retroactively affect any item with a GA stat.

/e also just to add more information based on their Fireside Chat, there are more tempering changes coming down the pike that they haven't disclosed yet but did say they would shed more light on what these are if any as Season 5 approaches. They did mention that tempering uniques will also be available in Season 5.
