I'm level 100, have done like 15+ maidens, almost every rare glyph is 21... like where tf are these things? Why have I not found these yet?

/e I don't have any brawling efficiency of any rarity and I only have a rare (yellow) Dust Devil

Do 1 or 2 Glacial Fissure NMD (with a Barb ofc) and it will drop.

I’ll give that a shot but I just went like 80-100 doing like 10-12 glyphs from 1-21 and did like 15 maidens and got nothing. I went to WT2 based off some chatter about it glitching if you get power level (although I didn’t have this issue on my rogue) and sure enough I did 1 capstone in WT3 and got 4 rare tempering manuals. Went back to WT4 and did like 4 level 100 NMDs and got no legendary tempers, as well as a few extra maidens. Shit is totally fucked

i had to do this yesterday, i saw that if u open low tier nmds like lvl 21-25 or so they should start dropping again, and yeah i got the final ones i needed

My experience has been helltide is the best place to get them to drop
