Is there any endgame builds thats using this??

The dust/whirwind bleed builds all seem to switch out the Ramaldnis to get mace bleed for higher pits etc..

so does it fall off and becomes "bad" ?

That's a great find, congrats!
Playing ramaladnis with bash is fairly strong, not sure about high pushing though, as you might also want the tankiness from shako, since you play with tuskhelm for more resource.
Guess you'll end up with more of a speedfarming build, but with proper gear you might be doing that at around t100.
