I'm a new player and I'm confused with all of those bosses and tormented versions. Can uber uniques drop from normal bosses o just from tormented ones? Have every boss the same chances dropping uber uniques or there are "tiers" of bosses?

Can confirm uber drops from varshan/grigor but drop ratio is very low probably about 0.5%.

Normal duriel/andy I heard is about 2%.

Tormented bosses about 10% per kill.
