let's say i have 40% crit chance & 35% earth crit chance

total = 75% crit?

i bet it's not that easy but who knows

they adds, will summ up to 75%

they adds, if you get like 60% base crit and 40% earth crit you will always

i have mentioned 75%crit according to your exapmle from first post
