Both. But if you can only have one probably resistances…. But it’ll really depend on the specifics.

IE going from 60% res to 70% res is equivalent to 33% damage reduction. But it only applies to that element.

DR applies after max resistances, as a barb stack as much resistances as possible (i.e tyreals) > then worry abt DR as a secondary

resistance are going to matter alot while lvling and will still be important into endgame content, but from there pushing to higher pits you will need to have both maxed
