google says 870 after blacksmith upgrades, however I have a 975 item power axe that's not been upgraded..

I'm asking because I'm wondering what power lvl is worth investing gold in to re-roll upgrade or what power lvl is good to save for trading?

925=max item power level (worth mastering if your good with affixes,temperings etc)

but if 925 is max how is this rare axe 975 and its not been upgraded at all??
also this axe has only 2 affixes sadly, if i turn it into a legendary will it get a 3rd?

Double check i guess its 925, in s3 you could upgrade items and get +5 itrm power level, now you mastering and only affixed are getting upgraded not power level

Damage per second and Item Power are two differend things, check what there reads, Item Power is below Damage and bit smaller text.

925 is max item power.

U can basically upgrade everything and then salvage when u find a better one (salvaging returns materials used in tempering).

If u have 2 affix item it cannot get a third one.
