I need to level a rogue to get the crit tempers, just wondering what level or WT i need to get to before i can do this.

i got my recipe at lvl37 can be much higher if your unlucky. doin helltide only.

Isnt there 3 tiers to each temper? I assume i want the legendary version, no?

i got mine from wt4 the legendary version with my rogue and best way to farm it in helltide by killing blood maiden

there are but yes you only care about the legendary one

just get a carry to wt4 then hang out at the helltide boss for a little bit and you should get all the manuals quick
