If you could just reset tempers, getting perfect items would be easy as fuck.

Best way in my opinion would be: Allow to reset tempers via tradeable, very rare currency.

Kind of a cheesy answer, but I somewhat agree. I am not crying, I personally wouldnt mind if it wouldnt change.

I'm sure it will change soon enough (beyond +1 temper per GA). 99% of players are casuals who cry every time they brick an item and whine on social media. Blizzard will cave like they always do
