He drops a few more legendaries per run, so more chances at ga legendaries.
Also drops razorplate and some other potentially valuable uniques. Blood used to be cheap, idk what it is now vs Duriel mats

Uber drop chance is probably the same as Duriel

Checks out, looks like the uber drop is roughly 10.53% - and that was recorded over 230 runs.. so yeah. The price of blood is cheap, or was, probably inflated beyond all recognition now..

Was just about to sell all my blood cheap lol.. now I think I will keep it ^^
