I havent played since early access..
I read necros were far above everything, but, there was a patch today..

I plan to make a guy after work tonight, wondering whats the:
1. Strongest class/build
-1b. I assume strong builds need crazy rare uniniques, what's the strongest build with out the need for one?
2. Arguably funnest class
3. Easiest class/build to start off with?

yea you can run a thorns barb very viable build

Necro is still very strong and possibily easiest top tier class to play.

You can check the tier list here, however D4 is rather easy game anyway and every class has potential, except druid in this season.

What about somebody that is not new to Diablo games, but has carpal tunnel and wants to click as little as possible?

Probably just thorns barb then and let everything hit you

D4 require only skilled players, demons are too strong

Barbs are by far the best

Then it goes rogue >= nec > sorc >>> druid
