Can't suggest settings without any hardware information. You working with a potato or a rocket?

Just a suggestion, but YMMV: (I would suggest if further changes were required, to start with Shadows to lower)

Sharpen Image: 6
Font Scale: Medium
Cursor Scale: Small
HDR: Off
Vertical Sync: Off
Lock Cursor: Off
Peripheral Lighting: On
Brightness: Player preference
Color Blind Filter: Off

Performance
Resolution Percentage: 100%Temporal Reconstruction: Off
DLSS: Off
Max Foreground FPS: 400Max Background FPS: 30NVIDIA Reflex Low Latency: Off
Quality
Texture Quality: High
Anisotropic filtering: 16xShadow Quality: Medium
Dynamic Shadows: On
Soft Shadows: On
Shader Quality: High
SSAO Quality: Medium
Fog Quality: Medium
Clutter Quality: Medium
Fur Quality Level: High
Water Simulation Quality: High
Anti-Aliasing Quality: Medium
Geometric Complexity: High
Terrain Geometry Detail: High
Physics Quality: High
Particles Quality: High

Being a laptop creates a completely different situation depending on the hardware.

I have 3 pcs and 5 laptops, ranging from some Radeon random shit to 20 30 and 4080 Super. I can test theories if we need to

If you don't care for graphics and just want performance, honestly, just throw the 'Low FX' box a check and turn all shadows off. It won't be very pretty but you'll get your frames.

it works. evrything seems better, but remember this. diablo 4 is much better as for loadings when it runs at 32gb of rams instead of 16gb if thats the case.

but evrything seems cool with that for me

worst case try it and reset to default after
