Has anyone done the math on Tormented Varshan uber drop rate? It seemed with the few runs I did it was on par with Tormented Duriel. Not sure if this was a fluke. I have since tried Tormented Lord Zir and had 0 luck with 4 toons and 15 runs or so.

If I remember correctly it is the same drop rate as duriel

Andariel and duriel have the best chance at Ubers. Varshan/zir/ice/grig have 1/10th the Uber drop rate of Andy/duriel.

This is what I had heard, but wasn't sure if maybe he was bugged. We did 10 runs and got 2 ubers, so I think we just got super lucky.

I assume just lucky. I found a shako on my second duriel (non-tormented) run this season. I skipped season 3, but took me over 200-runs in season 2 to find my first Uber.
