So I'm running a level 100 barb using icy veins thorns barb guide but I'm lacking 2.2k armor which I can fix by switching my pants but I'm having serious trouble with resistances I opted out of using 3x royal diamonds in my jewelry and instead did 3 single resistance gems but I'm still low. I tried doing tormented duriel and I was damaging him slowly but his poison pit spawns where killing me.

Any suggestions?

If your not able to max your res through your paragon or gear how about an elixir ?
