You get as many sparks to your account as you complite iron wolf questline i.e you make 3 char and all complite that 18 rewrard system and all get spark as last reward so you have 3 sparks.
e: Personally i get 4 spark like this;
- 1 from first torment boss kill
- 1 from first lilith kill
- 2 from iron wolf reward
