for screwing the pooch yet again. Great way for labeling your event to think back to D3 and a goblin portal. PFFT.
Few things I've noticed.
Shrines seem to spawn goblins. NMD goblins seem to give low IP gear while overworld goblins seem to give 925.
Don't see an increase in gold as stated in listing.
