So help me understand damage :D

There are aspects like ” Aspect of Elements ” and ” Aspect of Inner Calm ” which can both give 30% increased damage.

So basically if i deal 100 damage these both increase my damage by 30 so if i have both i deal 160 damage ? Is this correct ?

And how these aspects differences from %damage stat ? Like there are change to get 110% Dmage on weapon as stat or so.

Because of amazing diablo 4 design and math model, first you need to look at little symbol before % symbol, is it "+" or "x".

This means in can be additive, or multiplicative. This will define how it will calculate. Then google or watch youtube video about "damage buckets".

I personally never dig into this garbage, but the general idea is there are "parts" of final sum and each one has it own formula, depending on where exactly it comes from (main stat, affix, paragon, etc).

Aah okay, so +110% damage stat is basically dogshit like 99,9% times :D ?

Well, I don't thnk it is completely useless as you said.

General rule is simple - every thing what is multiplicative is super strong, in most cases you defenitelly want that (like grandfather crit damage bonus for example).

In your example - inner calm is really good, elements not that good, but better than nothing.
