Outside of bone spear necromancer what other build is this good for this season?

I don’t think it’s bis for any builds. Useful for resource heavy builds like nado if you don’t mind dropping some dps though

I'm on the same page at this point. There aren't many places to put this that it's not temporary. I mean a blood necro would def use it but they're pretty much dead this season.

Uniques have to be truly insane to see real use with how absolutely broken tempers are, I’m not really a fan of that design direction

We have a borderlands 2 situation where the rarest items in the game are borderline useless outside of a couple, removes the excitement of dropping them completely

Pretty much sums it up haha. The least they could have done is have uniques masterwork at 10% instead of 5 just so they're useable.

or maybe allow us to temper uniques too...

Yeah, amazing how after 1 year of d4 bad state they still keep making stupid mistakes.

the uber uniques arent even rare ....you can litterally craft them which is dumb as fuck

They are rare, I probably have 70 hours this season and 0 Ubers

But regardless of your opinion on if they’re generically ‘rare’ or not they are by far the least common items in this game which is what I said
