Ok so I’ve only played first season and quit early when reaching endgame cause I hated it, renown sucked and wanted to enjoy the summer instead

So I remember collecting the altars of Lilith and feeling more and more dead inside. And now it seems I have to do it all again? THE FUK, I don’t want to and I’m pretty sure I did read that renown like altars were permanent. What do I need to do? Also I didn’t collect em all because I lost my shit way before but I’m sure I had plenty alrdy. Rest of the renown seems to be still there it seems.

Not looking forward to this at all, specially the hundreds of boring side quest. Whyyy blizz. The extras seem to be worth it…. I just don’t wanna lose my mind and quit again I was actually having fun in helltides

One of those things you've just got to suck up and get done I'm afraid. Then forget it ever existed in the first place because you never have to do it again.

Kinda sucks I only got like 2 hours a day playtime so this is going to take quite some season time lol

I think the trick was to sign back in and join game with your original character you did the altars on before creating a new character and signing in to the new season.

Just grinded out the renown on a second acct since my main is 11/12 for charcs all lvl 100 so I'm trying to delete anything, felt like a job, but enjoyed myself as I got closer to finishing and then felt sad when it was over
