At what level you have gone to World Tier 4 ? Personally i have done it at ~55-60 level with Barb and Druid @ Softcore and at lvl 65 Necromancer @ Hardcore. Funny thing is that even monsters are 10-15 level higer than me they just melt and burn in to ashes
? Back in days there was no change at lvl 60 char to just walk in Tier 4, slap demons and pick loots with smile on face. So what is the bigest change at game right now ? I have heard something about damage changes that all damage is now in same ” basket ”, but is that the thing ?
