Can someone give me a quick guide on what to focus on? I’m a bit overwhelmed with all the options.

Currently lvl 54 necromancer. Not sure of the best way to keep leveling, if I should be doing side quests, altars, whispers, seasonal, world events, dungeons, etc.

I’d do Helltides until you’re capable of running wt4 nm dungeons. Then do that and level glyphs until 100

And also if you’re just starting to play now it’s very important to get all Lilith statues and level 5 renown in all areas, so mix that in at some point

Get renowns now first, then at NM level till ~65 and do that capstone dungeon(?) for tier 4. At tier 4 open nm dungeons and lvl up your hero / glyphs max.

Imo all renowns are major priority and should be done first. Personally i get all renowns by : collecting all wp’s / doing all strongholds / doing all dungeons / collecting all lilith statues ( most important ) and then 2-5 side quest per region, and that way i get all renowns. It’s probably personal preference do you like to do dungeons or side quets, but personally i wanted those dungeons aspects

Once you hit WT4, then run nightmare dungeons. Best xp, and you level your glyphs. You can return to helltides after you get your important glyphs to 21 if you want.

I find it’s much easier to just do helltide until level 100 and then start leveling up the glyphs to 21.
