Something on my wishlist apart from scrapping smart loot (but thats another topic I already made):

I want Uber Uniques to have an affix range again but be tradeable.

I also want masterworked/tempered/whatever items to be fully tradeable.

Also add more layers to itemization, make it harder to get the perfect one.

Give Greater Affixes ranges as well, let us have a hard time reaching 95 or 99% perfect items.

Give us drops that allow us to alter certain affixes or even add some affixes onto existing items. Maybe give us a rare way to temper Uniques or mix them with other items like in Last Epoch.

Not saying copy others, not saying I dont like the game right now, but I want the good old casino feel back.

Dont get me wrong, stuff like 4 ga Uniques and Uber Uniques are good, they give me more trophy feels than anything else ever did since the days of D2, but its not enough imho.

yeah same here. i re-rolled and got attack speed on these nice gloves i found and wanted to sell. didn't realize they became account bound. stashed them for later i guess if i make a new char

Yeah, thats sad.
I mean, I kinda understand why they do it the way they do it right now in the context of the state of the game right now.
Creating insane items isnt hard, so trading would make working on items pointless pretty soon currently. Right now open trading isnt a thing cause crafting items is too simple.

But I would love to see a change in a more open direction.

Also, why make Uber Uniques account bound. Wouldnt it be sick to trade away a 4ga Shako? Wouldnt it be sick, as I said, if ga had ranges and Uber Uniques had ranges? I was never a fan of static max. value

Let ga have a range from 101% of normal affix value to 200% of normal affix value. Also give Ubers a range again. Let me trade them.
