Hi, i got some conflicting information and need help to clarify, what attack speed does to Damage over time skills like Blight of necro?

I think it just makes it so that you can fire off blight blobs faster and make more puddles, I'm not sure if they can stack in the same spot.

DoT kinda sucks in D4
