Why does it feel weird this season. I maintain resource vs mobs but single target i always just run out. Missing something?

Don’t follow any of the main build guides (maxroll, icy veins, etc). They all recommend using hunters zenith and wild heart boots. The result is the build has crap QoL and sucks ass at bosses.

Run 2x legendary rings (more resource gen)
Get spirit/second on your boots (more resource gen)

Use maul+blood howl for your two extra skills (tornado +pet sheppard).

Maul is great because it replaces hunters zenith. You get all the shapeshifting benefits that zenith spamming gets you from quick shift and heightened senses, it helps manage your resources, it allows you to run “might aspect” for damage reduction and blood howl gives you more attack speed.

This build has way more QoL than zenith builds and it has higher upside in the pits as well due to how much easier boss fights are.
