Yes.. although the first 20% of your Vuln is multiplied.. the rest goes into the additive (you get that first 20% free I believe)

Most your multipliers are going to come from aspects, glyphs, and some of the unique nodes in your board. Weapon damage and base stat also… and attack speed helps too

yes if its % then it goes into the same bucket, AFAIK
so you get that number big


and then add on [x] things, mainly from paragon and aspects, and a few items.
