Does shako also increase passive skills like skeleton and golem mastery?
I never own one.

It's not great for minion necro, I was excited when I found one but now it's on my low lvl rogue



Nope that's why it not that good, it really does nothing for minions besides 20% dmg reduction

Well you could make a bone spear skeletal mage build. With shako maybe you can get lv 10 bone spear and owned.
