I’d say as long as you’re able to do like a T75 or so nightmare dungeon you can likely handle him just fine. Obviously helps if you have a decent single target dps build, but not strictly required.

Tormented Duriel is fairly easy as a necro that can run nm 75+ dungeons / pit 60+ due to bugged Holy Bolt potion. It seems to scale damage with target level and is affected by your damage multipliers - hence Blood Golem procs Holy Bolts for billions of damage on bosses.

TLDR: get holy bolts potion, cheese, don’t get hit, easy content.
