running golem necro. build calls for int on amulet. would %int be better or +int?

i read somewhere back in pre season 1 that %int is a % of your base stat (not counting paragon board or stats from your gear) - if thats true, roll int over %int

Didnt know %int existed. Why dont you just compare your max int you get when equipping one amy each to see the diff? You could easily roll two amys
