Can someone explain to me what 100% dodge means? I just learned that it is possible to have a 100% chance to dodge. So thats God Mode then?

Most likely no, usually internal cap for any defense stat always exists, even you if you don't see it.

Think so too, but it shouldnt sit at 100% then.

If you mouse over the stat it’ll mention there are diminishing returns
