Im just getting to Wt4. Rares only roll 2 affixes everytime? Doesn't that mean they are 100% worthless everytime?

Yes, they are

Personally i pick them up some times and sell them for game gold, but if you don’t have issues with gold ( no need roll or anything ) then they are not worth to pick up.

The only thing i hated about loot reborn is that. They should keep rares with same number of affixes of legendary items. Now they made a whole item type garbage. Diablo 2 still have the best solution for items tiers, magics have less number of affixes (2) than rares (5) but can roll high numbers making a lot of blue ones usefull and BiS for some builds, and rares cant have some affixes that uniques have, but with certain affix combos becomes the most expensive items to trade.

I disagree. I don't have to read aspects anymore. I can immediately salvage rares. Ignoring most legendary items without a greater affix saves time. 3 blizz/3 cold or jmod blues are great but that's a niche pvp thing that doesn't appeal to the larger audience. D2 has a better item system but the tempering and masterworking is pretty damn cool.
