I have these 2 weapons currently. I'm aware that the 1st axe has gems, but overall, which weapon is better? The second weapon has Willpower but gain Max life. I also know overpower is useless for me.

Hmm, well, does the overpower even benefit the nado druid? That was my biggest concern.

They’re probably really really close in the end. Overpower won’t do much but I guess I’d lean toward the GA on main stat since it’s multiplicative, even though the axe has better implicit and slightly better chance to double cast nados. They’re probably within a few percent of each other if you ran through all the math for your specific setup I’d guess so I doubt it matters much either way.
