its a one time drop this season

If you have 4 sparks you can craft an uber unique.

You get 3 somehow gifted this season.
One when you complete the Season Journey (wolves lvl18)
One on your first Tormented/Uber Kill
One from lilith (which is currently bugged)

So you need to find one random uber unique you doesnt even need and you can get you the uber unique you really need. Which is most likely Shako :)
