Guys after the new changes and crafting methods, are the ubers still strongest items in the game?
I feel like some gg rolls and luck on tempering, the regular legendary items may overtake the ubers.

No roll is ever going to make +4 all skills and 20% damage reduction obsolete.

depends on what ur playing tho .. since uber uniques for some classes are trash
