New to d4 and hardcore trying to not die. Im level 67 summon necro been doing world teir 3 helltides. If i summon varshan on world teir 3 will it spawn lvl 55? I want the corpse explosion ring but dont want to rip if its risky. Got about 5k life 8k armor 12k attack power

Pretty sure he'll be lvl 75 regardless if I get out of bed il theory test it for you
