I realize it’s not super relevant as many folks are already past this but I think all those major sites/folks really underrated incinerate this season as a leveling build. Getting guaranteed legs and it’s seen a bit of buff (still likely not good late game) but incinerate blasts early on and is significantly better than firewall or lightning imo.
