Yup. Pretty sad that Blizzard broke down and went the same way as D3 because people cannot be bothered to grind it out.
Will not be long before everyone gets a full setup just for hitting the play button.

In a few years, the only games that will exist will be idle games. Even clicking buttons has become to much "work" for some.

And changes nothing, POE has a website where billions of items are priced and traded via in-game pms.

This is light years away, I mean, D4 trades just like in D1 or D2.

I enjoyed hunting for weeks for my first druid unique. now it's just a click away. I might just stop playing now.

Will probably save time for people who want to get specific unique, other than that it is useless due to smart loot system.

Yeah I sure do miss the old d2 days of just straight up RNG and getting out of what you put into the game. There are still a few good ones but I feel like the loot system for D4 is in a way an upgrade and a downgrade.

It's an upgrade if you are squeezed for time and just want to get stuff and then go stick it in a box and roll the dice with unlimited gold.


If this is what u like then you will like this method.


I don't understand why they couldn't have built d4 with a d2 loot system. Diablo II's loot system is so good that its literally kept me playing it for over a decade. You would think people like that loot system better but people are so squeezed for time now days that any type of hard work into a video game is asking to much or considered out of reach with the player base.

How else they could make profit from items markets ? In any case, Blizzard is a listed company whose mission is to generate profit for the shareholders
