Just curious. I have a level 60 one from Duriel which will likely be good for leveling but wasn't sure if it was great or not. I see most say "Bold Chieftains" is the best? Thoughts?

It good to not lose fury but people choose hota build.

depends on the purpose, for bosses its great for general prob best with crit strike fury and resource gen.

Finally verdict after testing:

Unrelenting Fury wins for me. Although Rob suggests Bold Chieftains (I don't understand this call at all). Starless is great for pumping up INSANE numbers. It's particularly great for the final room of Vaults where you're constantly smashing stuff over a minute or so.

But the Fury fall-off is too massive. You're technically doing smaller HotA's per hit but you'll never be Fury starved, constantly spamming.
