ring of starless skies not working?

Nah, he got a day off ... Always these expectations and pressure from society to work 24/7 ...

It has a 3 sec timer to buff your dmg by 10-40%, when spending your primary ressource. I didnt use it myslef yet, but Id expect to see a little symbol above your skill bar, to indicate the 3sec buff.

Do you see it when using your ressource?

How did you measure, that its not working? Did you test on the dummies and observerd your dps over a period?

yeah didnt saw any bufF or dmg inc in dummy while spending resources

Rob (the twitch streamer) said it’s not working with certain skills at the moment, guessing it’s a bug they need to fix
