What do you guys think? Is Ball Lightning completely useless now or is meteor the way to go now?

I deleted uber duriel last season for seconds, yesterday I tried to do the same on eternal wow dps is waaaaay lower that before. I say 1/10 what it used to be.
I had lev 6 tob gliph, level 100 shako Ahavarion and selig equipped.
Damn i wish that when they move the chars to eternal they keep their power the same level what it used to be.
