I am farming duriel with sorc.
Will grandfather and doombringer (class specific), is the drop chance the same for sorc compare to barb?
In another word, will grandfather drop rate the same for sorc compare to barb in duriel run?

No. Grandfather and Doombringer will not drop on a sorceress.

Drop chance for Grandfather or Doombringer on Sorceror: 0%
