A little bit confused about people taking up these services as there is no real reward other than personal achievement? And if someone does it for you, then there is no personal achievement.

Unless I am missing something, anyone care to share the light?

Because blizzard failed again and added overpowered generic boring glyph, I assume people just want to level it up to get (yet another) source of extra damage.

like reaching lvl 99 on d2, but ofc there was no complaining about 'no real reward'

That's my point. If I am going to do AoZ, it is because I have done it. Likewise, with getting to 99 on D2 (Of which I have never done by the way, normally give up at 98 at the highest)

i had multiple 99s in d2, ofc not a single one by myself

At T5 AoZ run, you can get lvl 20 of the regular glyph per run.
