Anyone have a complete list? Not clear to me if some cosmetics/mounts just aren't in game since any list I've seen still has "unknown" as the drop location (e.g. Grisly Calico)

Also, while I realize they could easily be a rip, there are pay sites that claim they can find the item for you (for absurd $s).
