For the glyph is says you get the 2x multiplier for every core stat purchased in range. Does that mean class specific main stat, like Strength for barbarian or just any node with stats on it of any type will boost this glyph?

All core stats. Int/dex/str/will all grant the boost regardless of the class you’re playing is how it’s supposed to work. Basically every paragon node that isn’t a magic/rare grants you the boost.
