I don't understand the D4 lategame. I've tried looking it up, but I guess I need a ELI5?

In d2 it's pretty clear: you join pub lobbies and grind for 99, you kill bosses over and over again for loot, or lastly you pvp.

In d3 there's rifts and grifts.

What am I supposed to do in D4? So far, I've only clocked a few hours after finishing the game, doing the green-zone-thingy where you collect blood lures (?) to spawn bosses at the skull-icon, but that can't be it, can it? Nightmare dungeons I haven't fully understood yet, and correct me if I'm wrong, but I shouldn't try those just yet at level 55?

Am I missing something?

Work on nightmare dungeons to level glyphs

Abboitir of zir gets released today sometime (kinda similar to grifts I believe) and you have to finish the season journey to access it

Otherwise you can do bosses like varshan and duriel and helltides/blood harvest events

d4 its the same but we have 1 boss atm to grind

Wait for D4 expansion or D5 or D2R

You just broght d3 up, nightmare dungeons are pure analogy of d3 system, strange you didn't notice it. And now they even bring timer and some kind of legendary gem (new glyph) in zir's dungeon.
